Senior Engineer, Test

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

The candidate is responsible to all kinds of photodiode, semiconductor laser, optical transceiver test and improvement, failure analysis. We expect the candidate to bring strong background in test software development and failure analysis of electronics products. Looking for highly motivated individual who is a self- starter with dedication to teamwork and cooperate with Wuxi team in China to support product/test transfer in Dong Nai factory.

JOB'S REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or above, Major in physical, mathematics or Information and computer science

• 5+ years of experience in mixed testing process and test system development, product failure analysis.

• Hands-on & debug experience in the relevant manufacturing environment (clean room) is necessary.

• Experience of data analysis and processing

• Familiar with Chinese is preferred

• Experience in Computer, Communication and Consumer Electronics related industry.

• Skilled in software Labview, C#, office software such as excels, PPT and fluent English speak & write.

• Test and tester trouble shooting, failure/data analysis and yield improvement capability.

• Ability to work highly independently with minimal guidance from supervisors on specific tasks.

• Excels in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment.

• Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple worldwide facilities.

• Good communication skills in English. Chinese communication skill is a plus.

REPORT TO: Senior Manager, Testing or to be assigned.
