  2. Headhunting is a more targeted approach, used for niche or hard-to-fill roles. Recruiters actively approach passive candidates who are not actively applying for jobs
  3. Executive search is a highly specialized form of headhunting for senior leadership roles (e.g., C-level, directors). It involves:

If the candidate leaves within this period, Manpower will restart the search at no additional fee.

For most roles: 2–4 working days after a confirmed job brief
For senior or niche positions: timeline is defined upfront
