JOB PURPOSE:
As a Recruiter, your main responsibility is to handle the sourcing, build up candidate pool, recruitment activities and administrative tasks at the outsourcing team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates.

As a Recruiter, your main responsibility is to handle the sourcing, build up candidate pool, recruitment activities and administrative tasks at the outsourcing team, bringing the excellent service to our value clients and associates.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in recruitment activities according to client requirements.
- Liaise with client representatives to clarify hiring needs and coordinate interview arrangements, ensuring a smooth service delivery process.
- Identify and deliver suitable candidates in a timely and effective manner.
- Handle recruitment for both new positions and replacement roles as requested by outsourcing clients.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and proactively build talent pipelines for upcoming projects.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes both onsite and offsite, including participation in job fairs, campus events, and other employer branding activities.
- Explore and suggest new sourcing channels to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Provide administrative support and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or management.
- College degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on hiring factory workers.
- Experience in outsourcing services and mass recruitment is highly preferred.
- Willing to travel to factory sites as required by business needs.
- 15 Annual Leave Days MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days)
