Software B2B Sales - License Compliance Sales

Location: Grand Terra Building, 36 Cat Linh, O Cho Dua Ward, Hanoi 
Working Time: Mon – Fri (8h – 17h) 
Department: License Compliance 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 

• Generate potential lead 
• Qualify lead providing by partners/system 
• Enter and update customer information in the database 
• Contact & visit potential lead or existing customers to inform them about license usage status using scripts 
• Answer questions about products or the company 
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements 
• Negotiate with customer to close deal 
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner 
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales 
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information 
• Work as management assignment 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics or a related field 
• 2+ years of experience in Sales roles. Have background in software is a plus 
• Good Chinese and English language skills (written & speaking) 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Good attention to detail.  
• Able to work on your own initiative or be directed when required. 
• Proficient in MS Office Applications 
• Proficient use of web  
• Experience of working in software environment 
• Strong background in effective administration 
• Use of CRM systems
