Senior Manager, Finance

 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Position: Senior Manager 1, Finance 

• Location: KCN Nhơn Trạch 2, Xã Nhơn Trạch, Tỉnh Đồng Nai 

• Working hour: Mon – Fri (very rare onsite Sat, just base on some urgent needs from headquarters) 

• Directly reports to: Senior Manager 2, Finance or as assigned by higher management.

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB 

• This position is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, ensuring strong financial governance, compliance, and strategic alignment. 

• The Senior Finance Manager provides financial leadership across budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support informed business decisions. The role partners closely with cross-functional leaders to drive operational efficiency, optimize financial performance, and ensure the organization’s long-term financial sustainability. 

• In addition, this position plays a critical role in strengthening internal controls, enhancing financial systems, and developing the capabilities of the finance team. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing company, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position. 

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA or CA) is an advantage. 

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, planning, and strategic finance. 

• In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and relevant industry legislation. 

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English. 

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

• High level of attention to detail, reliability, and integrity. 

• Familiarity with accounting systems; ERP knowledge is preferred.
