Test Engineer

Position: Test Engineer.

Working location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.

Working time: Mon - Sat.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, test procedures, and test cases for new and existing products.
• Perform functional, reliability, and performance testing on electromechanical and electronic components.
• Analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to support product development and continuous improvement.
• Maintain, calibrate, and improve testing equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with international testing standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO) and customer requirements.
• Document and present test results, reports, and improvement proposals to management and project teams.
• Support troubleshooting and failure analysis during prototype builds and production ramp-up.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in product testing, validation, or quality assurance (preferably in automotive, electronics, or manufacturing industries).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies such as FMEA, DOE, 8D, 5Why, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with testing instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, vibration tester, environmental chamber, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Familiarity with international standards (IEC, UL, ISO) is a plus.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
