Production Management Skills
  1. Proficient in production planning, capacity analysis, utilization rate control, and process improvement
  2. Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems
Cost & Performance
  1. 1.Experience in cost control and yield improvement
  2. 2.Able to set and track KPIs (output efficiency, yield rate, on-time delivery rate)
Language Skills
  1. Vietnamese: Native proficiency (spoken and written)
  2. Chinese or English Sufficient for communication with Taiwanese/overseas headquarters (English preferred)
