Process Engineer

Location: My Phuoc 3, Binh Duong (will have shuttle bus)
Industry: 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫‑𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

• Drive Process Engineering team
• Responsible review and approve in Work instruction(eMOI) system. 
• Responsible for the product and process development.
• Train production personnel on new product and processes.
• Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
• Product& Process design development with optimize production process  Cooperate with related department to solve production issues.

• Good skill on the operation analysis to generate Work instruction.
• PCBA SMT/Assembly knowledge is referred
• Can use SAP system
• Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
• Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Have good training skill.
• Hard working, ability in problem solving ( 4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA... & independent working.

• Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering…..
• At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory.  Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing.
• Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing.
