BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

Project technical leader for new product transfer from design to mass production, to ensure that all new products meet specified requirements, the budget cost and the transfer timeline. He/she will be accountable for product validation, failure analysis, test debug, yield improvement, cost down activities, coordination and trouble shooting...

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in in Physics, Optical Communications, Material Engineering, Mechanical, Materials or equivalent.
9+ years of related experience in optical module or semiconductor in a high tech manufacturing company
Wide experiences for critical FA cases for key projects in past
Ability to recommend and implement improvements
Good communication skills in both English.
Good team player with hard working attitude.
Must be self-motivated with capability working under pressure
