JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Service Sales Manager

Working location : Vung Tau City, Vietnam

Reports to : General Director


Position Summary:
The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for growing the aftersales business nationwide, focusing on maintenance contracts, spare parts, and service solutions. This role will be based at Samson Vietnam Service Workshop in Vung Tau City and requires strong knowledge of maintenance concepts such as Preventive, Predictive, and Prescriptive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial service sales and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
1. After-sales Business Development
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow service revenue across Vietnam.
  • Promote maintenance contracts, spare parts, and service solutions to existing and new customers.

2. Customer Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their maintenance needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for maintenance concepts (Preventive, Predictive, Prescriptive).

3. Market Intelligence
  • Identify opportunities for service offerings in key industries (Petrochemical, F&B, Industrial Gas, Metallurgy, Power, O&G, etc.).
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to enhance service portfolio.

4. Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Service Workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams for integrated solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales or aftermarket business in industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance concepts: Preventive, Predictive, Prescriptive.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel across Vietnam.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
