JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure the MPS is always 100% accurate and achievable.
- Achieve and maintain 95% MPS goal.
- Own production planning, BOM and document control with or without additional support.
- Make and analyze material and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to customer based on accurate customer demand by weekly and monthly.
- Meet daily with manufacturing team to assess production schedules, (adjust as necessary based on production results) optimize run quantities, and minimize changeovers to help achieve 100% on time delivery.
- Work closely with Material team and shipment team to meet OTD 95%
- Work with NPI team to make NPI production plan
- Comply and follow all procedures within the company securitypolicy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent, major in Business administration, Industrial management or Supply chain/ Logistics management.
- Have more than 4 - 5 years ‘planning work experience in foreign enterprises. Have strong language skills, good at communication and cooperation, can properly handle the company's various departments related affairs.
- Have a sense of teamwork.
- Be able to master excel
- Fluently in English
