JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive Process Engineering team
- Responsible review and approve in Work instruction(eMOI) system.
- Responsible for the product and process development.
- Train production personnel on new product and processes.
- Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
- Product& Process design development with optimize production process Cooperate with related department to solve production issues.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Good skill on the operation analysis to generate Work instruction.
- PCBA SMT/Assembly knowledge is referred
- Can use SAP system
- Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
- Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Have good training skill.
- Hard working, ability in problem solving ( 4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA... & independent working.
- Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering…..
- At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory. Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing.
- Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing.
