Warehouse Supervisor

Position : Warehouse Supervisor 

Working Place : Bien Hoa, Dong Nai

Job overview: Under the supervision of the Vietnam branch, be responsible for the overall daily work arrangements of the Vietnam warehouse and effectively allocate warehouse personnel. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Overall manage the warehouse, plan storage areas and layouts based on law's requirements on firefighting, security, ESD, MSD and high efficiency on FIFO. 

• Establish and improve warehouse management systems, processes, and operating procedures, and supervise their implementation. 

• Responsible for personnel recruitment, review, and training, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a healthy flow of personnel. 

• Supervise and inspect the work of Vietnam warehouse personnel, ensure the timely receiving of goods, and arrange timely delivery according to the shipping order. 

• Conduct internal inventory checks to ensure consistency between SAP accounts and physical inventory. 

• Oversee the management of warehouse materials, implement zoning management for material storage, and ensure that warehouse capacity and appearance comply with 6S management. 

• Actively communicate with superiors and relevant departments, ensure a real time update on SAP based on the physical materials movement. 

• The warehouse supervisor is the primary person responsible for warehouse safety. 

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 

Technical and Experienced Requirements 

• Education: Associate or Bachelor degree.  

• 3 years or above of warehouse working in electronics manufacturing. 

• Be familiar with SAP and WMS experience, PCBA components is a plus point. 

• Understanding ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards 

• Strong communication and teamwork spirit.
