Position : Process Technician

Main Responsibilities

• Follow-up on production line transfer.

• Maintenance and repair of production line equipment and test motors.

• Maintenance and repair of production line tooling and fixtures.

• Fabrication of temporary tooling, fixtures, and test motors.

• Improvement and enhancement of production line tooling, fixtures, and equipment.

• Evaluation and introduction of new equipment, test motors, tooling, and fixtures.

• Labelling and categorization of test motors, tooling, fixtures, and equipment for storage and usage, including numbering; regularly organize inventory checks and disposal of idle equipment.

Technical and Experienced Requirements

• Education: Associate degree or above in Mechanical or Electronics.

• Over 2 years in relevant industry.

• Familiar with electrical and pneumatic control systems; able to read basic circuit diagrams.

• Familiar with basic mechanical or electronics theory; able to interpret various component drawings.

• Skilled in operating various mechanical processing equipment.

• Basic knowledge of microcontrollers.

• Understanding of assembly processes of various electronic/mechanical products.

• Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to follow work arrangements
