Position : IPUR BUYER
Working Place : Bien Hoa, Dong Nai

Position Overview: According to the company's development strategy, complete the relevant daily nondirect production material procurement work. Ensure a timely procurement work, collect information related to the procurement materials, provide a basis information for decision maker from management
team. Develop and qualify supplies, and be responsible for the results of each procurement work
Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for daily non-direct production material procurement operations, including supplier development, product price negotiation, cost control, and other supplier management.
• Ability to independently develop suppliers, inquire, compare prices, negotiate prices, place orders, and sign contracts with suppliers.
• Responsible for tracking procurement delivery progress and confirming delivery dates.
• Responsible for regular evaluation of existing suppliers and assessing their quality, delivery time, price, service, and creditworthiness to ensure smooth supply channels and meet company needs.
• Complete procurement tasks within the specified timeframe and minimize cash on delivery (COD) payments.
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating the handling of unexpected delivery issues, material returns, and claims.
• Responsible for coordinating and resolving issues encountered during procurement activities.
Technical and Experienced Requirements
• Education: Associate degree or above in electronics, automation, or business trading.
• More than 3 years of procurement experience.
• Familiar with SAP system and equipment knowledge.
• Understanding ISO9001, and ISO14001 knowledge is a plus.
• Be good at market analysis, and sensitive on price.
• Be responsible and conscientious in work, and strong team spirit.
• Be excellent at communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to solve problems independently
