OVERVIEW:

Job Purpose:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and validate vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts; resolve discrepancies with relevant teams
Prepare and execute payments via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods
Maintain and update vendor master data, including banking and tax information
Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all AP transactions
Perform monthly AP ledger reconciliations and support accrual entries
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues professionally
Support internal and external audit requests with complete and accurate documentation
Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics and other supporting teams to ensure smooth AP operations
Perform bank account reconciliations
Other tasks assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENT
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Degree in finance and accounting or other relevant disciplines with a minimum of 3 years commercial accounting experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Experience in SAP and Concur is preferred
Experience in T&E reimbursements to staff is a plus
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese

Personal Attributes:
