Material Planner

Position : Material Planner
Working Place : Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
Working Time : Mon - Sat

Company overview: Job working is based on SAP system. Planning PCBA production, perform both material and finish product inventory analysis and control. Be sensitive to data and familiar with data analysis. Be proficient in operation Excel, PPT. Familiar with SAP PP & MM module (Capable to use 
the system, e.g. Run MRP, Work order management, stock handling). 

Main Responsibilities
• MPS Automation scheduling, follow up on orders and predict changes in orders, manage materials, and adjust schedules in a timely manner.
• Execute and implement production scheduling and production plans.
• Follow up on abnormalities during production, coordinate the status of shortage materials with purchasing and adjust the plan simultaneously.
• Follow up the reasons for the line stop, and WIP, and coordinate the team for solutions.
• Reply to BU in a timely manner regarding the delivery date and production status when receive PO.
• Analysis of timely warehousing of finished products and the achievement rate of MPS
• Statistically analyse and grasp the conditions of various materials, follow up materials on-time delivery, alert material conditions of shortage and emergency batches. 
• Implement effective follow-up, implementation and record updates.

Technical and Experienced Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above (with rich working experience: associate degree). 
• More than 3 years of PMC working experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least one year of working experience in production planning and material planning. Candidates from the electronics industry are preferred
• Be familiar with the ERP system logic; PCBA components. 
• Be sensitive to data and familiar with data analysis
• Be proficient in operation Excel PPT
• Understand the production processes, planning management, inventory control, etc. of medium and large-sized manufacturing enterprises
• Familiar with SAP PP & MM module (Capable to use the system, e.g. Run MRP, Work order management, stock handling)
