We are seeking a Production Manager with a strong electrical / electrical engineering background to lead manufacturing operations during an exciting factory setup and ramp-up phase. This role will play a critical part in establishing production systems, building teams, and ensuring world-class operational standards aligned with a global US corporation.

We are seeking a Production Manager with a strong electrical / electrical engineering background to lead manufacturing operations during an exciting factory setup and ramp-up phase. This role will play a critical part in establishing production systems, building teams, and ensuring world-class operational standards aligned with a global US corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Participate actively in the factory setup phase, including layout planning, equipment installation, and process validation
- Establish and optimize production processes, SOPs, KPIs, and reporting systems in line with global standards
- Build, develop, and manage production teams (engineers, supervisors, operators)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, productivity, efficiency)
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality systems, and corporate policies
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and global stakeholders
- Support production ramp-up and stabilization from pilot to mass production
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related disciplines
- 8–15 years of experience in manufacturing, with solid exposure to international / multinational companies
- Proven experience in production management, ideally in electrical, electronics, industrial, or related manufacturing environments
- Experience in new factory setup, expansion, or greenfield projects is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, CI tools, and production KPIs
- Good communication skills in English (working to fluent level)
