Main Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation:
• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, PIT, social insurance, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Accounting for monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and making offers.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and probation evaluation processes.
HR Operations & Factory Administration
• Maintain and update employee records, labor contracts, and HR databases accurately.
• Prepare HR reports, personnel documents, and ensure proper record keeping.
• Oversee factory administrative activities including office supplies, uniforms, canteen, company vehicles, security, and cleaning services.
• Support internal communications, employee engagement programs, and company events.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HSE regulations, and company administrative procedures.
Technical and Experienced Requirements
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, including payroll and recruitment in manufacturing
companies.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, insurance, PIT, and HR procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese; Chinese is a plus.
