KEY RESPONSIBILITY 
  • Provide comprehensive recruiting support throughout the full life cycle for open positions in Vietnam and Singapore.  
  • Gain exposure to the most advanced talent acquisition solutions, including cutting-edge industry recruiting practices and AI tools, across a variety of recruitment programs 
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding.  
  • Utilize your strong understanding of the talent landscape in Vietnam and Singapore to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.  
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through various channels, both online and offline, and foster long-term relationships.  
  • Work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.  
  • Lead the offer process, including negotiation, proposal, and generation of offer letters.  
  • Organize and execute on-campus events at target universities and promote employer branding 
  • Conduct analysis of hiring metrics, perform talent market mapping, and monitor competitor status to deliver actionable insights for business recruitment strategies.  
  • Engage in regional recruitment programs and work alongside recruiters in APAC and other regions on various recruitment activities.  
  • Participate in and organize internal activities with the team in Vietnam 
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.  
  • Open for candidates from any industry 
  • Fluent in English (as the role may support hiring in Singapore) 
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to analyze situations, identify potential solutions, and make sound judgments. 
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
