QA QC Manager

Position: QAQC MANAGER
Company Industry: Steel Structure Manufacturing
Working Place: Dong Nai (Amata Industrial Zone)
Working Time: Mon- Fri & Sat (Optional)

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* QAQC planning and implementation:
• Implements & Maintains the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Certifications and other Accreditations.
• Conducts 1 or 2 Internal Audits yearly together with the Surveillance Audit by 3rd Party.
• Setup plans, target and performance standards for the work procedure of the Department.
• Reviews the Audit results and take necessary steps to comply with the Standard requirements.

* Organizing:
• Organize effective communication inside the Department and expect people to do their own jobs effectively.
• Organize Quality meeting with Operations, Engineering & other Departments regarding products and claim problems.

* Controlling:
• Reviews & Approves the Quality Plan/Inspection & Test Program.
• Effectively control documents’ overall efficiency.
• Ensuring that all Departments are familiar with the company Quality, Health & Safety Policy.
• Maintains healthy working relationship with 3rd Party Inspectors or Customer Representatives.

* Communication:
• Prepare monthly statistical analysis of Non-conformity reports, process errors and customer claims.
• Follows up on customer satisfaction analysis and communicate with the top management.
• Responds promptly to all queries from other departments and sales offices
• Conducts regular meetings with quality staff to review important issues and concerns.

* Administration:
• Recommends hiring and termination of staff.
• Approve salary increase and normal promotion within guidelines of company policy.
• Prepares annual capital and operation budget for quality department and following approvals try to work within approved budgets.
• Complies, maintains and reviews department policy and procedure for efficient working of QC department.
• Reviews and evaluates QC staff performance and their efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• University graduation in the field of Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• Knowledge about steel fabrication, welding, painting, shipping, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
• AWS (CWI) or ASNT level II, NACE CIP II Certificate, Lead Auditor/Auditor’s course for ISO/OHSAS Certificate.
• 10 year experience in QAQC in FDI manufacturing company
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and computer skills
• Excellent in English communication skills
• Team work, leadership, staff management and development, organized, systematic
