JOB PURPOSE
As a payroll consultant, your main responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with current labor regulations, contributing to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Manage and update payroll data, allowances, deductions, and related items
  • Ensure compliance with PIT, social insurance, and labor laws
  • Support data verification and respond to payroll-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payroll issues
  • Others.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields
  • 1 ~3 years of professional experience in C&B functions
  • Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payroll is a plus
  • Good understanding of local labor law and regulations
  • Must possess effective communication skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
