Accounting Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and verify the validity of invoices and payment documents from departments.
• Cross-checking information between invoices, contracts, and payment documents
• Identify and notify to Operation team about missing information in documents
• Maintain electronic/paper document filing system
• Act as contact point for document-related inquiries to inform for Operation team and AP Accountant
• Provide timely updates on payment document status to relevant department

REQUIREMENT

• Final-year students or recent graduates, preferably in Accounting major or related fields.
• Intermediate level of English (4 skills).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and careful in work.
• Available for a full-time internship for a duration of 3–6 months.

Working hour: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM or 9:00AM - 6:00PM
