Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by identifying and winning new customers/projects in Vietnam
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long‑term partnerships
- Work with internal teams to deliver technical solutions, support product applications, and run trials
- Manage the full sales cycle including pricing, quotations, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and maintain an active sales pipeline & forecast
- Collaborate cross‑functionally and represent the company in customer meetings and site visits

Requirements:
- 10 years’ experience in Sales / Key Account / Customer Management in Medical, Electronics, Automotive, or PCBA industries
- Bachelor’s degree (Technical or Business)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills
- Self‑driven, able to work independently
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Good English communication.
