Position                      : Supply Chain & Manufacturing Lead

• Own the day-to-day and strategic relationship with our Vietnamese ODM and EMS partners, including production schedules, quality standards, delivery timelines, and Cost-Plus pricing oversight
• Manage EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) compliance to maintain our tax-free import status and ensure exports to the EU and Singapore remain tariff-efficient under EVFTA/CPTPP Rules of Origin
• Serve as the primary bridge between Menlo's Singapore engineering teams and Vietnamese CMs, tier-1/tier-2 suppliers, and the broader Shenzhen supply corridor
• Lead NPI coordination -- ensuring that when engineering ships a new actuator design or software update from Singapore, the ODM implements it correctly without stopping production
• Manage BOM integrity and Substantial Transformation compliance for components sourced from China destined for US/EU markets
• Qualify and onboard new suppliers, including site visits, audits, and documentation across industrial zones in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, and Long An
• Track component availability, flag supply risks early, and manage escalations end-to-end

• 4-7 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or procurement in hardware -- electronics, EMS/ODM environments, drones, EV, or industrial equipment
• Direct experience managing EMS or ODM partners in Vietnam; you understand how these relationships work commercially and operationally
• Familiarity with EPE regulations and the mechanics of operating within Vietnam's tax-free manufacturing zones
• Working knowledge of EVFTA/CPTPP Rules of Origin and how they affect export compliance for hardware companies
• Comfortable on the factory floor and in supplier negotiations -- this is not a purely administrative role
• Fluency in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English for cross-team communication with Singapore
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus for direct engagement with Shenzhen-side suppliers

• Background in robotics, mechatronics, or complex electromechanical hardware
• Experience at or with high-complexity electronics manufacturers operating in Vietnam (e.g. Saigon High-Tech Park ecosystem)
• Existing relationships with manufacturers or suppliers across Binh Duong, Dong Nai, or Long An
• Exposure to Cost-Plus pricing structures and how to audit and negotiate them effectively
