PRINCIPAL ENGINEER, PRODUCT, NPI

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

Project technical leader for new product transfer from design to mass production, to ensure that all new products meet specified requirements, the budget cost and the transfer timeline. He/she will be accountable for product validation, failure analysis, test debug, yield improvement, cost down activities, coordination and trouble shooting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Optical Communications, Material Engineering, Mechanical, Materials or equivalent.

• 9+ years of related experience in optical module or semiconductor in a high tech manufacturing company.

• Wide experiences for critical FA cases for key projects in past

• Ability to recommend and implement improvements

• Good communication skills in both English.

• Good team player with hard working attitude.

• Must be self-motivated with capability working under pressure
