F&B Director

Our client is a growing F&B business with ambitious expansion plans and is seeking an experienced F&B Director to lead operations, drive business performance, and support the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee multi-store F&B operations to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Manage budgets, P&L, food cost, labor cost, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement scalable SOPs, systems, and operational processes.
• Build, coach, and lead high-performing teams across Operations, Kitchen, Service, and Management.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience and service standards across all outlets.
• Support new store openings and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets and leading large teams.
• Strong business acumen with solid P&L management experience.
• Experience in café, restaurant chain, casual dining, or hospitality operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and business growth.
