We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager – Banking to lead strategic sales and account growth within the Vietnam banking sector. This is a high-impact role suited for a seasoned enterprise sales leader with deep industry expertise, a strong track record of exceeding targets, and the ability to build trusted C-level relationships.

The successful candidate will own the full P&L of assigned banking accounts, manage complex solution sales cycles, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and services solutions. Sales execution will be driven through our established partner ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, while expanding relationships with top-tier banking clients.
  • Develop and execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies to identify, prioritize, and convert high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Drive value-based solution selling, leveraging strong business cases, competitive positioning, and executive-level engagement.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through customer engagement, partner collaboration, and market intelligence.
  • Conduct account and territory analysis to identify upsell, cross-sell, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Ensure CRM discipline with accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking via Salesforce.
  • Lead internal deal governance processes, collaborating with product, legal, services, and delivery teams.
  • Oversee post-sale success and service delivery quality in alignment with technical and implementation teams.
  • Represent the company’s vision, solutions, and product roadmap, positioning end-to-end offerings to address client business challenges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise solution sales experience, including banking or digital transformation solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in complex sales cycles.
  • Strong experience selling to financial institutions in Vietnam, with established C-level relationships across IT and business functions.
  • Deep understanding of the Vietnam banking landscape, including banking operations, self-service technologies (ATMs, POS), and digital banking platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing large, complex deals.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning and execution.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills, with the ability to articulate clear ROI and business value.
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems in a matrix organization.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
