Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide expert technical support to customers, resolving identified issues and solving manufacturing process challenges during relevant manufacturing processes.
• Conduct relevant product training sessions to ensure customer's requirements and understanding of specifications and features are met.
• Proactively address customer concerns and offer valuable insights to optimize solution utilization, fostering long-term relationships and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and meet objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through effective teamwork and meticulous attention to detail.
• Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior knowledge in footwear and textile manufacturing is mandatory.
• Competent in MS Office and office productivity software.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is mandatory. Additional proficiency in Chinese is advantageous, aligning with business requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem analysis skills
