Principal Engineer, Test

• Lead production test process optimization for 800G/1.6T optical modules to improve test efficiency, product yield and stable mass production delivery. Analyze production test abnormalities, identify root causes and drive corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
• Lead failure analysis for customer-returned RMA optical module products and support clear root cause reporting and issue closure.
• Verify new test plans, test environments and test solutions to ensure readiness, stability and compatibility for production use.
• Collaborate with Production Engineering and Quality teams to resolve product-related issues and reduce HPU.
• Lead the local test team and support continuous improvement of test methods, test parameters and manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering,
• Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Automation or related disciplines.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant optical module testing experience. • Strong knowledge of optical communication product testing processes; experience with 800G/1.6T optical module testing is preferred.
• Proven experience in production yield improvement and test process optimization projects.
• Strong fault isolation, analytical thinking, problem-solving and improvement capability.
• Small team management or leadership experience is required, with ability to lead a local test team.
• Experience improving manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
• Ability to communicate in English and Chinese for business purposes.
