BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
Support production transfer from Wuxi site to Đồng Nai factory. Lead the product maintenance and project management technical supports of high-end optical module, coordinate on product maintenance such as BOM, Work instruction and visual SPEC documentation control, working closely with project leader on improvement o yield, touch time and cost target setting. Coordinate on PMP flow and cost upgrade based on improvement; Yield monitoring and failure analysis. Coordinate test & process engineer to solve major technical and improvement.
JOB’S REQUIREMENTS:

JOB’S REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (optoelectronics is primary; optical, electrical, or a related field is acceptable)
- 7+ years of experience of product engineering experience (Optical module preferred)
- Strong understanding of optical module working principles, manufacturing processes, defect analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proven experience in resolving product issues, leading cross-functional projects and achieving significant process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills for technical documentation and international collaboration. Chinese communication skill is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English. Chinese communication skill is a plus.
