AI Lead

  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI Solution Leadership

• Lead the design and architecture of AI/ML/GenAI solutions that address client business challenges.
• Make technical decisions regarding AI models, frameworks, tools, and technology stacks.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and development teams.
• Ensure delivered solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Client Consulting & Presales

• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams in client meetings, solution consulting, proposal development, and project bidding activities.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the presales and project delivery lifecycle.
• Conduct solution presentations, workshops, demos, and capability showcase for prospective clients, primarily in the US market.

Project Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end AI project delivery from requirement gathering, solution design, development, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure project scope, timeline, quality, and budget are effectively managed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.

AI Capability Development

• Contribute to the development of reusable AI frameworks, best practices, and delivery methodologies.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, especially Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and MLOps.

Business Growth & Strategy

• Support the growth of the company's AI consulting and AI delivery services.
• Identify new AI business opportunities from existing and prospective clients.
• Contribute to AI service strategy, capability development, and technology roadmap planning.

REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML-related roles, including experience as an AI Tech Lead, AI Team Lead, AI Solution Architect, or similar leadership position.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML/Data projects in production environments.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Machine Learning
  • Deep Learning
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Generative AI
  • Computer Vision
• Familiarity with the AI project lifecycle, from data collection and model training to deployment and monitoring.
• Proven experience working directly with clients, gathering requirements, presenting solutions, and managing stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development practices.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience participating in proposal preparation, presales, bidding, or solution consulting activities.
• Experience managing AI/GenAI/LLM projects for international clients.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
• Previous experience working with US-based clients.
