The Test Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving test systems in manufacturing to ensure product quality and optimize testing performance.

The Test Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving test systems in manufacturing to ensure product quality and optimize testing performance.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve yield rate and retest rate to enhance production efficiency.
- Evaluate tester performance and test systems using statistical methods such as: GRR, Loop test, CPK
- Perform troubleshooting and clearly differentiate between product defects and tester-related issues.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by setting up, validating, and optimizing test systems. Review and improve tooling and jigs to ensure stability and accuracy in testing processes.
- Train operators and technicians on test procedures, troubleshooting, and system usage.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Experience in manufacturing test environments (EMS industry is a plus).
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience as a Product Engineer, Test Engineer, or QA/QC & Project Management in EMS companies, or experience in NPI and mass production test setup
- Salary is negotiable.
