Our client, one of Vietnam's leading conglomerates, is seeking a Head of Total Rewards. This role will be responsible for C&B operations, total rewards strategy, compensation design, rewards analytics, workforce planning, compliance, and policy development.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation & benefits programs, including payroll, PIT, SI/HI/UI, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and optimize compensation policies to stay competitive and aligned with business strategy.
- Support employees by handling payroll, benefits, and rewards-related inquiries.
- Lead the Group's Total Rewards strategy, including salary structures, job grading, and reward frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Drive pay-for-performance and market competitiveness through benchmarking, compensation governance, and strategic reward recommendations.
- Lead Total Rewards budgeting and workforce cost planning, including forecasting, analytics, and scenario modeling.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize reward investments, improve retention, and support strategic workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance and governance of compensation & benefits programs, policies, and practices in line with labor regulations and company standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance HR policies, processes, systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in large corporations or multinational companies.
- Strong expertise in Vietnamese labor law, payroll, tax (PIT), social insurance, compensation budgeting, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
