JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering Outplacement, HR Consulting, and administrative support services, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service to clients and associates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Outplacement Services
- Manage all the materials and data of Right services in Vietnam, including Outplacement/ Career Management/ Talent Management services
- Manage client and candidates process, from kick off to closing the services process
- Manage the list of Professional Service delivery consultant as associates, Support delivery-consultants with paperwork and processing in systems if needed
- Manage Right Track and Next systems, work with regional team in maintenance, update and all kind of process regarding to internal systems
- Work closely with Operations Manager and regional of Right on record, renewed the Services Agreement at local
- In charge of administration arrangement with candidates joining the program
- Coordinate with consultant for service delivery on time and keep track all the documentation.
2. HR Consulting & Others
- Joining as a project admin in any HR consulting projects
- Process paperwork and project technical support
- Record and filing all the documents follow to the instructions of Professional consultant and Operations Manager
- Working with client in scheduling the meeting and follow up the processing, coordinate with PIC in project necessary.
- Doing the needed research to support consulting information.
3. Financial
- Work with client in signing the SOW, create quotation for PO that follow to the signed service agreements.
- Work with finance and accounting team in follow up the billing, invoices, tracking the P&L, credit to consultant.
- Manage and follow up payment to and from vendor, regional, clients, and to associates (professional/ service delivery consultants).
4. Report & Others
- In charge of all kinds of report regarding to Right/ Consulting services to local and regional, as assigned by Operations Manager.
- Study all the materials provided by regional/ global for services in detail for better supportation.
- Work with marketing and sales in developing the services materials including brochure, introduction leaflet, presentation slide…
- Work with other consultants and teams in collecting the information and arrangement for services expanding, joining event, seminar that related to the programs.
- Other tasks that assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in HR
- Must possess effective communication skill (English - written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- 15 Annual Leave Days MIN (additional 1 day per 2 years of service, max 30 days)
