Warehouse Manager

Role Purpose

Lead the end-to-end warehouse operation to ensure materials and finished goods are received, stored, controlled, and delivered accurately, safely, and on time to support production and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound, outbound, receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA and Logistics to support manufacturing schedules.
• Lead warehouse supervisors and operators, including manpower planning, coaching and performance management.
• Develop and improve warehouse processes, layout, space utilization and productivity.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, OTIF, picking accuracy, productivity and cost.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company policies.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and transportation when applicable.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen or 5S methodologies.
• Support ERP/WMS implementation and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5-10+ years of warehouse experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years managing warehouse teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.).
• Strong inventory control and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership and stakeholder management.
• English communication is preferred in multinational companies.
