Order Fulfillment Officer (Chinese speaking)

• Develop short-term and long-term supply plans based on customer demand.
• Manage customer orders and coordinate shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with PC, MM, Shipping, PD, QRA, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Serve as the main contact for customer-related matters.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and manage overdue Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental KPIs.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment and Customer Service.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of international trade is an advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to read and write in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Working time: Mon - Sat (2 Saturdays off per month)
• Working location: Amata Ha Long, Quang Yen, Quang Ninh
