Senior Interior Design (Residential Project)

Main Responsibilities

• Research and benchmark interior design firms with experience in Vietnam and other Asian markets.
• Prepare RFPs and manage design and construction procurement processes.
• Manage domestic and international design consultants throughout all design stages.
• Review interior design deliverables: planning, elevations, sections, details, materials, colors, lighting, signage, furniture, FF&E, etc.
• Coordinate design activities from concept to construction documentation.
• Support design approval and government permitting processes.
• Review shop drawings, materials, and manage design changes during construction.
• Coordinate with contractors on construction schedules and design compliance.
• Prepare interior guidelines and manage resident and tenant fit-out coordination.
• Review the Project technologies and related consultants/solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design and design/construction management.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam and international interior design standards (HCMC market preferred).
• Experience with large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in HCMC.
• Strong ability to read and manage design drawings and specifications.
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and self-management skills.
