Manager, Operations Training

• Responsible for frontline staff training management, be responsible for the implementation of training operations and goals.
• Have adequate OJT training management experience and have similar foreign investment enterprise training management background.
• Have sufficient experience in establishing training systems and developing training systems.
• In project development and management has certain practical results.
• In team management, effective leadership, dedicated to the construction and cooperation of team atmosphere.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources major or equivalent etc, Or Educational background of Engineering & Technology
• 8+years of training experience is preferred.
• The development and implementation of training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• Experience with problem analysis and resolution.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement.
• High proficiency in both English and Vietnamese, Proficient in Mandarin is a plus.
• Need enough frontline staff training experience in manufacturing industry
• Electronic learning platform development experience.
• Systematic training management experience.
• According to the experience of the development and training project organizational goals.
