Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and identify the client’s business needs for AI data services and establish commercial relationships. Prospect, qualify and manage inbound and outbound leads; build a strong, predictable sales funnel to achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs.
  • Run consultative sales cycles with clients, translating technical requirements into commercial proposal (LLM projects, data platform subscriptions, managed annotation engagements).
  • Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, Product and Legal to create replicable offer packs and pricing for local markets. Work closely with project team, to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Actively participate in industry events or exhibitions client workshops; gather market intelligence and competitor activity.

What we’ re looking for:
  • AI B2B sales experiences across APAC or located territory, sales leadership (managing teams and P&L responsibility) would be a big plus.
  • Proven track record selling complex AI data service or data solutions to large enterprises.
  • Strong APAC or located country network Experience closing multi-million-dollar deals and structuring long-term commercial relationships.
  • Excellent business English; additional APAC languages a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Nice-to-have:
  • Direct experience selling data annotation, ML training data, or LLM customization services.
  • Exposure to procurement cycles at hyperscalers or large enterprises.
