As a content marketing intern, you will:
- Localize research reports, blog articles, and other marketing materials from English to Vietnamese to ensure brand consistency, cultural relevance, and audience engagement.
- Prepare content for marketing materials to support design and campaign execution
- Leverage data and market insights to develop relevant blog topics that strengthen Manpower’s brand positioning and highlight our services.
- Coordinate and support content preparation for in-house and partnership events, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Support in creating SEO‑friendly articles in English and Vietnamese and assist with publishing them on the company website.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Good proficiency in English and Vietnamese (reading & writing)
- Ability to create original, well-structured content based on audience insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Being familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other design tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Collaborative mindset, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Able to commit for at least 3–6 months
