JOB OVERVIEW
Drive localized marketing and partnership initiatives in Vietnam to support business growth, enhance brand positioning, and generate leads in the Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) market, while aligning with Group Marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement localized marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Adapt global campaigns and messaging to the Vietnam market
  • Manage digital channels (Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, video content) to build brand presence and engagement
Content & Collateral Development
  • Partner with BD to create tailored marketing materials (presentations, case studies, proposals)
  • Develop lead generation assets (landing pages, email campaigns, SEO content)
  • Localize global materials (brochures, technical guides) for market relevance
Partnerships & Events
  • Identify and manage relationships with industry associations and partners
  • Plan and execute events, seminars, and marketing activities to support pipeline growth
  • Ensure alignment with corporate branding and communication guidelines
Market Intelligence
  • Conduct market research on customer needs, industry trends, and competitors
  • Identify key drivers influencing customer decisions and conversion
  • Provide insights to support business strategy and partnership development
Budget & Performance Management
  • Manage local marketing budget and track ROI of activities
  • Coordinate with Group Marketing and internal stakeholders on resource allocation
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience (industrial/infrastructure sector preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam market and customer behavior
  • Experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ​​​​​​​
