Presales Consultant (Junior/Middle)

Overview

We are working with a reputable technology organization to hire a Presales Consultant who will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions across enterprise clients, particularly in the cybersecurity and network domain.

Key Responsibilities

Presales & Solution Consulting

• Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to deliver technical consultancy and solution design
• Translate customer requirements into scalable and practical solution architectures
• Support opportunity qualification and contribute to deal strategy

Customer Engagement

• Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and live demonstrations
• Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle

Technical Documentation

• Analyze client requirements and prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and bill of materials
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and ensure technical compliance in tenders

Training & Enablement

• Deliver technical training sessions and workshops for partners, resellers, and internal teams
• Support partner enablement and knowledge transfer

Product & Market Expertise

• Build in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and network solutions
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and solution positioning

Post-Sales Collaboration

• Support smooth handover to delivery teams and ensure alignment with proposed solutions
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or post-sale roles

Technical Capabilities: Solid understanding of one or more domains:

• Network security
• Endpoint security
• Application security
• Cloud security
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Security monitoring (SIEM/SOAR)

Language

• Intermediate command of English (both written and spoken)
