Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage a market intelligence system (domestic & international)
- Build and maintain internal reporting systems
- Plan and implement a marketing intelligence system (including competitors, customers, suppliers, distributors insights, etc.)
- Research, collect, and analyze market data both locally and globally
- Propose solutions and recommendations in response to market fluctuations
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports analyzing domestic and international markets related to the Group’s business lines (including but not limited to product markets, competitors, substitute products, market trends, and market potential)
- Lead and implement market research projects across domestic and international markets
- Conduct customer research and surveys (both desk research and field research)
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys locally and internationally
2. Measure and evaluate the health of the Group’s brands as required
3. Conduct market research to support new business initiatives
4. Analyze potential markets to support business expansion and new market development strategies
5. Participate in the development and execution of marketing plans (domestic & international)
6. Support the Department Director to training & develop departmental personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of modern and up-to-date market research methodologies
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a market research team in large-scale enterprises or professional market research agencies
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel when required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to perform well under high pressure
