Location:
Office in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, with regular visits to core suppliers and factories across Mekong Delta, Binh Duong, Ben Tre, and Can Tho.
Product Categories:
Food products including canned food (seafood, fruits, vegetables, etc.), ready meals (instant noodles, sauces, etc.), and beverages.
Reporting Line:
Report directly to Chief Representative Vietnam.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
(08:00–12:00 & 01:00–05:00)
Saturday: Only for urgent shipment requirements.

Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Food Quality Control Staff to join the Vietnam team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring food products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
The successful candidate will conduct pre-shipment inspections, inline production checks, and product quality assessments based on specifications, while closely collaborating with the merchandising team in Vietnam and the European headquarters.
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Measures
- Perform pre-shipment inspections.
- Conduct inline inspections during production processes.
- Verify finished products and raw materials against product specifications.
- Assess and report the quality of tender samples.
- Test food products, especially canned food, instant products, beverages, and frozen items, at different production stages.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to food safety and product quality.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and document corrective actions within the supply chain system.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards including HACCP, IFS, BRC, GMP, and ISO 22000.
- Support or conduct training sessions for factory staff on food safety procedures.
- Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices during factory audits.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food quality control or food safety.
- Strong understanding of food safety systems and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to factory locations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
