Interior Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer specializing in F&B projects to develop innovative restaurant, café, bar, and hospitality concepts. The role will be responsible for translating brand identity into functional and visually appealing dining spaces while ensuring operational efficiency, customer experience, and project execution standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for F&B projects including restaurants, cafés, bars, and hospitality venues
• Prepare mood boards, space planning, layouts, material selections, and presentation packages
• Produce design drawings, 3D renderings, and construction documentation
• Coordinate with operation, kitchen consultant, MEP, contractors, and suppliers throughout project execution
• Ensure designs align with brand positioning, customer journey, and operational requirements
• Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation to ensure quality and design consistency
• Manage project timelines and support cost control during design and fit-out phases
• Research latest F&B design trends, materials, and customer experience concepts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in interior design with strong exposure to F&B, hospitality, or retail projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and customer flow for F&B operations
• Good project coordination and communication skills
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetics
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
