Job purpose:

As a Team Leader, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating and managing operational activities within the Enterprise S&O South Vietnam team, ensuring optimal service quality for both clients and associates. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to drive execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Service Delivery Management & HR Consulting

  • Lead and oversee daily operations across Payroll, Outsourcing, and Staffing services.
  • Supervise and mentor consultants in resolving client issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor monthly service performance, ensuring payroll and billing processes are accurate, timely, and compliant; continuously improve templates and workflows.
  • Review and take full accountability for all departmental transactions, reports, and service-related contracts.
  • Provide expert guidance on labor laws, local HR practices, market trends, and consulting strategies.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex client issues; analyze quarterly and annual client satisfaction surveys to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Design and implement operational workflows to optimize efficiency within the business unit.
  • Advise on recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with talent quality and pipeline demands; coordinate closely with the recruitment team.
  • Partner with Legal and Management teams to deliver tailored, compliant HR solutions.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and case studies to enhance team capability in applying local labor laws within outsourcing services.
  • Support team members with innovative solutions in Staffing and Outsourcing services.

2. Business Development & Branch Operations

  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to address service needs across Payroll, Outsourcing, and Staffing.
  • Take ownership of new client acquisition, including prospecting and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with consultants to ensure service quality and consistency aligned with client expectations.
  • Work closely with the Sales team on reporting, market insights, and pricing strategies; provide local expertise to support proposals.
  • Manage monthly P&L, including revenue forecasting (monthly/quarterly), direct costs, gross profit, headcount planning, and AR collection.

3. Others

  • Ensure stable team operations while continuously improving service processes.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management, ensuring timely submission.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in C&B, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in outsourcing and payroll services is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
  • Positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Basic financial management knowledge (P&L understanding for non-finance roles).
  • Solution-oriented, eager to learn, and open to feedback for continuous development.
