ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Research & Mapping
- Research talent markets and target companies
- Map candidate pools by role, skillset, and seniority
- Build structured longlists with accurate candidate data
- Source candidates via LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
- Use keyword and Boolean searches to identify relevant profiles
- Identify passive candidates and build talent pipelines
- Review CVs against basic role requirements
- Highlight strengths, gaps, and risks in candidate profiles
- Ensure CV quality and consistency before submission
- Maintain candidate trackers and databases
- Update sourcing status and progress regularly
- Follow data accuracy and confidentiality standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or recent graduate
- Available for 3-month full-time internship
- Strong interest in recruitment roles and Hunting firm
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, Excel, and online research
- Good written and verbal communication (Vietnamese; English reading ability required)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
