Job Description

  • Based on the working area assignment at QE, the engineer will follow the KPI to work and to meet Sustaining product quality requirements.
  • Manage the quality of material during manufacturing process and feedback to SQE team if found any quality issue related to material.
  • Manage the whole process from Assembly until Packing for all Mass Production products.
  • Monitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuous improvements.
  • Lead the QRQC at Assembly / Box Build process.
  • Conduct regular line audit to ensure line conformance and 5S is in place.
  • Work with the cross functional team during process flow and FMEA creation.
  • Create Control Plan.
  • Work with other XP sites for any quality related matters.
  • Work with Engineering and R&D for issues & advice of solution during the MP build, follow up for closure.
  • Work with Cross Functional Team for Continuous Improvement.
  • Prepare and provide Quality report to XP Management in a regular basis.
  • Participate in corrective action requests, root cause analysis, problem-solving teams as related to issues detected in the line.
  • Experience using statistical techniques (SPC's, Gauge R & R).
  • Experience working with projects in APQP/PPAP environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Superior or Management.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of work experience, at least 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
  • English fluent communication.
  • Familiar with the ISO series system.
  • The implementation of the IPC-610 class 2, to meet production requirements.
  • Participated in the training of SPC/ISO/Lean
  • Knowledge on SPC, RCCA, 8D, PFMEA, Control Plan
  • Good in analytical, interpersonal and with good team collaboration
