IT Infrastructure Engineer (AI/Data Center)

Descriptions:

1. IT Infrastructure Planning and Design: Perform IT infrastructure planning, design, and deployment for both on-premise and cloud environments.
2. Development of Automation Tools and Scripts: Develop tools and scripts to automate system management tasks and optimize IT operations.
3. Intelligent Monitoring and Data Analysis: Build and implement intelligent monitoring solutions, analyze operational data to detect anomalies, and optimize system performance.
4. AI/ML Application in IT Infrastructure: Apply AI/ML technologies to predict failures, optimize resources, and implement automated error recovery mechanisms in the system.
5. Infrastructure Improvement and Operational Optimization: Propose and implement infrastructure improvement solutions to enhance performance, reliability, and reduce operational costs.
6. Technical Analysis and Requirement Translation: Analyze technical problems and translate internal requirements into detailed documentation for outsourcing units, including scope, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Requirments:

No specific years of experience required, but preference will be given to candidates with practical experience in deploying or optimizing IT infrastructure.

1. Domain Knowledge:
Broad understanding of IT systems and services in a business environment.
2. Digital Transformation & AI:
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation, digital skills, and artificial intelligence (AI).
- Ability to apply digital technologies and AI to improve work efficiency and optimize operational processes.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations.
3. Programming & Automation Skills:
- Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent).
- Ability to write scripts and develop small tools to automate infrastructure tasks.
4. Foreign Language Proficiency:
- Proficient in English for reading technical documentation, writing reports, and communicating effectively in the workplace.

Preferred:
- Experience in programming (frontend + backend) to develop management tools, monitoring dashboards, or applications that support infrastructure operations.
- Experience in outsourcing software or infrastructure systems projects.
- International certifications in cloud, AI/ML, or data security.
